The idea behind BK Integration:
I have always had a passion for technology and for helping people. BK Integration started as an idea to combine those two interests. I quickly realized that there was a need in helping people with computers, printers, networking and mobile devices. IT in the homes and businesses of people. People were tired of being told what they could and could not do, where they had to go for help and how they had to go about it. There is a need for IT expertise on the home and business front and a need for someone to tell you what is possible and how to solve the problem.
The main focus of BK Integration is to provide quality affordable computer service and support for individuals and small business alike. I have found that computer work is expensive and generally thought of as a necessary evil. (Like having your wisdom teeth removed) It is my objective to change that thought process, I am committed to this change one customer at a time.
I am the friendly IT guy. I am the educated individual that can speak tech as well as English and some Spanish. I promise not to stress you out in convoluted IT jargon, unless that is what you want.
